Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This policy explains what information Dec26th Data collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain because that's how we work.

Who we are

Dec26th Data is a remote-first data consultancy. For any privacy question, contact us at ask@dec26th.com.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us — when you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, company (optional), and message.
  • Basic technical data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
  • Cookies — essential cookies to run the site, and analytics only if you consent. See our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, provide the services you ask about, keep the site secure, and — where you have consented — understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the service providers that help us run the business — our website host, our email provider, and (where enabled) a transactional email service to deliver contact-form messages. They process data on our behalf, under contract, and never for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. Just email ask@dec26th.com and we'll take care of it.

Security & changes

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
